Dear Paul

     Enclosed I am sending you some letters & literature which looks like a remarkably good thing.  The fellows are responsible.  One of them I have known many years.  It seems to me that the explanations of why old bonds issued on pound sterling & held in Europe can be bought much cheeper than recent ones payable in $ or floated by American banks after paying large [currencies?][.]  The [Govt ?] bond & some South American ones were especially good
