Am up this way to make two speeches. Before I left I met a lawyer friend who is attorney for the shippers. I had a talk about our coal rate & he thinks he can help us & will be glad to do it for nothing[.]

Please send me more details as to sale— length of haul & the rates etc as you think will be useful & I will take it up with him. Will write you of my plans on my return[.]
